Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location is suited to my work domain, making it an excellent choice for short trips. The rooms were not cleaned after the previous guest and were unpleasant. The service from the staff was very good, especially from the cooperative and helpful individuals. The dining options were not available, though the roasted meats were complimentary and well-prepared.
Upon arrival at 7 pm, the room was not ready nor clean. The maintenance of the rooms and the room area were disappointing, but the breakfast was okay. The spaciousness of the rooms was a plus.
The hotel rooms gave me the semblance of a jail with no towels, tissue paper, and needed a fresh coat of paint. However, the staff was very accommodative and provided nice service. The location was at the heart of the city near the railway station and a shopping complex, making it a great plus for short trips. The dining experience was very tasty and fabulous, offering shabu shabu. The facilities were basic with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and pet amenities available.
My stay was remarkable with very comfortable rooms. However, I had to ask for towels and tissue paper which was a bit inconvenient. The room was big enough and very well equipped.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, although they gave off a somewhat jail-like feel. On the bright side, they were clean and had ample space. The service was a bit chaotic with staff shouting outside, but overall, they excelled in their duties. The location was excellent, right at the heart of the city near the railway station and shopping complex. The dining experience featured authentic Indori cuisine that I enjoyed, but payment for extra bed charges felt unnecessary. While the hotel's facilities were adequate, there were some minor issues worth noting.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were well furnished and clean, yet they gave off a semblance of a jail, not being cleaned after the previous guest check out. The service was accommodating but had its mishaps with staff shouting outside over each other and entering rooms without permission. The location was excellent for my work domain, being in the heart of the city near the railway station and shopping complex. The dining experience was mixed, with tasty food but poor service. However, the overall experience had its positives and negatives.
